We provide a non-physical coach with progressive fitness programmes.
The athlete is given the choice of what he wants to train: cardio, weight loss or strength and this with or without weights/appliances.
When the athlete has chosen an option, he will be offered a few programmes per option.
Once the athlete has picked a programme, he can decide how many days a week he wants to exercise 2 , 3, 4 or 5.
This is entered in a calendar where the athlete can choose the days that fit his schedule. A notification is received to say that the athlete must exercise on the day chosen and also to motivate him.
The exercises are illustrated with videos to show how the movements should be done.
The muscle(s) and parts of the body being trained are also shown. The athlete records how many repetitions of an exercise he has done so he can compare his achievements each week.
